Keep it simple
Run everything from the venue. No desktop needed. The microphone is for live rooms — mute when you are not talking. Black and white, high contrast, readable in bright sun or a dark hall.
Subscription, not hardware. We are not selling you a radio. You already have a phone and headphones. TO3 is subscription-based — pay for the live voice, not a gear bag.
Why we built it
Justin and Marquise both come from rugby — playing, coaching, and officiating, from parks games through Major League Rugby and international 7s. The wall was always the same: three officials, trying to coordinate, with no good way to talk.
Broadcast radios cost hundreds of dollars. Shouting and hand signals only go so far. TO3 is bring-your-own-headphones: tap, connect, go. Latency under 300 milliseconds.
We started with rugby crews. The same need shows up for tour guides, stage crews, coaches on multi-field days, and race officials. Anyone who has to stay in sync while moving.
Spectators can listen in. Public and transparent by default — because accountability is part of the job.
