Problem
Assigners juggle spreadsheets, email, and texts. Teams do not reliably confirm fixtures. Referees chase kickoff and venue details. Officials get shown too early — or change without everyone staying in sync.
Solution
MatchReadyTX keeps Google Sheets as the schedule source of truth and puts a clear, mobile UI in front of it. Home and away confirm date, time, and venue before the crew is official. Teams and fans see officials only after the Match Official confirms.

How it works
Assigners keep working in Google Sheets. MatchReadyTX syncs that schedule into a mobile app for referees, coaching match officials, team admins, and fans.
- Teams confirm the fixture — date, time, venue.
- The assigner finalizes the crew.
- Officials see the appointment. Teams and fans see names only after the Match Official confirms.
If a club does not confirm, they are not guaranteed a referee. Responsibility sits with the teams playing the match.
For organizations
This started with Texas (Lone Star Group). The “TX” marks where it began, not a lock-in. Another referee organization can use the same foundation.
