ReflectED is an AI reflection coach. You bring a plan and a transcript. It measures the session against a real framework (Danielson, Marzano, or sport coaching standards) and returns an evidence-based coaching report — supportive, not evaluative.

How it works
- Set up the session — date, education or sport, the plan, what you were aiming for.
- Bring the transcript — record in Voice Memos (or similar), transcribe, upload. Hour-long classes are too big to paste.
- Reflect — ReflectED scores the session against the framework you chose and writes a coaching report you can keep.
Teachers use a lesson plan and Danielson or Marzano. Coaches use a session plan and sport frameworks. Same flow. The voice of the report stays ReflectED: a coach in your corner, not a camera in the room.
