Terms of Use for Match Calendar

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Rabbit Hole Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the Match Calendar progressive web app and related pages on rabbitholeapps.com and matchcalendar.web.app (collectively, the “Service”).
Match Calendar helps sports officials keep a personal schedule, travel plan, and pay records in one place.
By signing in, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Rabbit Hole Apps publishes Match Calendar.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Match Calendar.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Match Calendar for your personal officiating schedule and records.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as allowed by law
- Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law
- Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others
- Attempt to access another user’s data
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the records you enter. You grant us the rights needed to store and display that content back to you through the Service.
You are responsible for your content and for having any rights needed to store assignment details you enter.
5. Accounts and shared sign-in
Match Calendar uses Google and Apple sign-in through Firebase. The same sign-in may work for MatchReadyTX because both products share a Firebase project.
Match Calendar data is stored separately from society scheduling in MatchReadyTX. Account deletion options are described in the Privacy Policy and Delete account page.
6. Demo mode and local use
Try demo shows sample assignments stored in your browser. It is not your live schedule.
Without signing in, data may remain only on your device. Export or back up anything you need before clearing browser storage or uninstalling the app.
7. No professional advice
Match Calendar is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide legal, tax, officiating, travel, or employment advice.
8. Fees
Match Calendar does not currently charge fees or process payments. If paid features are added later, we will update these Terms first.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers such as Google Firebase and Apple. Links to maps or other external sites are provided for convenience; their terms apply when you leave the Service.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABBIT HOLE APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from Profile when signed in.
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
