Delete your Match Calendar data

Match Calendar stores your personal schedule in Google Cloud Firestore when you are signed in. You can delete data from the app or by emailing us.

Option 1: Delete only Match Calendar data (recommended)

This removes your matches, tournaments, and Calendar preferences. Your Google or Apple sign-in and any MatchReadyTX society profile stay intact.

1. Sign in at matchcalendar.web.app
2. Open Profile from the masthead avatar
3. Under Your data, choose Delete my Match Calendar data
4. Confirm the action

Option 2: Delete profile and account

This removes:

• All Match Calendar data
• Your shared users/{uid} profile document for this Firebase project
• Your Firebase Authentication account for this project

It does not automatically remove MatchReadyTX organization membership or assignment history. Those may still exist until removed in MatchReadyTX.

1. Sign in
2. Open Profile
3. Under Delete account, choose Delete my profile & account
4. Type DELETE to confirm

You will be signed out everywhere this Firebase project is used until you sign in again.

Option 3: Clear local or demo data

If you are not signed in, or you used Try demo, data may exist only in your browser.

1. Open Profile
2. Choose Clear all local data, or clear site data in your browser settings

Local data cannot be recovered once cleared.

Option 4: Email us

Email rabbitholeapps26@gmail.com from the address tied to your account. Tell us whether you want Calendar-only deletion or full account deletion. We verify the request and respond within 30 days.

Before you delete

Export or note anything you need for tax, reimbursement, or society records. Deletion is permanent.
